Mixed martial arts legend Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira (32-5-1) will face off against one of the fastest rising stars in the sport and heavyweight division, Cain Velasquez (7-0). The bout will serve as the main event at UFC 110 in Sydney, Australia at the Acer Arena.
Nogueira is coming off of a unanimous decision victory over UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture in a “Fight of the Year” candidate. Velasquez is coming off of a second-round TKO victory over MMA veteran Ben Rothwell at UFC 104: Machida vs. Shogun.
