Keith Jardine: “I didn’t even know who Ryan Bader was”

Keith Jardine will be facing Ryan Bader in a light-heavyweight bout in Sydney, Australia. The fight is part of the UFC 110: Nogueira vs. Velasquez event that will air live on pay-per view on February 20 in the United States. Jardine had some unflattering words for the TUF 8 winner. Vic Darchinyan is a world class boxer and the current WBO , WBC unified Super Flyweight World Champion. Darchinyan holds a 33-2-1 professional boxing record. In this video Wanderlei Silva is in California training for his UFC 110 bout with British star Michael Bisping. Wanderlei is training with the likes of Fabricio Werdum , Babalu , King Mo , Mayhem Miller, and many more. The other fighters in this video give their predictions for the fight and we also get a behind the scenes look at Silva in sparring sessions. Both Bisping and Wanderlei are very confident heading into this fight and they will both be looking to capture Knockout of the Night honors. Enjoy:

Eddie Bravo breaks down the Rubber Guard in MMA

Rubber Guard guru Eddie Bravo of 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu recently took the time to break down the the technique on the popular mixed martial arts forum, The Underground. This past Friday, Quinn Mulhern took on UFC veteran Rich Clementi at King of the Cage: Vengeance. Ryan Bader’s UFC 110 Vlog 1: Long, strange trip

Ryan Bader finished his long flight to Sydney, Australia for UFC 110 yesterday. The season 8 winner of The Ultimate Fighter will be fighting “The Dean of Mean” Keith Jardine at the event which takes place on February 21st. In his vlog — courtesy of RyanBader.com — the light-heavyweight documents his flight to Sydney with teammate and fellow UFC 110 fighter C.B. Anthony Johnson injured; out of UFC on Versus bout with John Howard

Anthony “Rumble” Johnson (8-3) was scheduled to be on the first UFC on Versus card. Unfortunately, Johnson was forced to withdraw from his bout with John “Doomsday” Howard (13-4) due to a knee injury. Pro MMA Now was the first to report the injury. The news has since been confirmed by Johnson’s manager. This was a fight that was supposed to go down when Howard was a UFC newcomer. Video Vault: Renzo Gracie kicks Nate Marquardt in the face

Renzo Gracie didn’t need to be in the UFC to kick Nate Marquardt right in the face. Renzo was a cornerman whenever Ricardo Almeida took on Marquardt at Pancrase: Hybrid 10. Almeida choked out Marquart and after the bout Renzo jumped in the ring and gave a nice soccer kick right to the head of Marquardt. Don’t believe me? Check it out:

Matt Serra: Dan Hardy seems to have it all figured out

Matt Serra is one of the most outspoken fighters in mixed martial arts and in this video interview he discusses Dan Hardy’s chances in his upcoming bout with Georges St. Pierre. Serra knows a thing or two about beating GSP. Serra defeated GSP in 2007 to become the welterweight champion in one of the biggest upsets in MMA history. Serra said that he believes Hardy has it all figured out and since Hardy is “bigger and more technical” than Serra, he should be able to hold his own.
