Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem has not stepped into the organization’s cage 2007. He has been participating in fights for the K-1 and DREAM organizations. While Overeem has not defended his title, he has been working on his skills in the gym.
While Overeem was in the gym, his training partner picked up a pad and let Overeem practice his kicks. It just so happened that the kick dropped his trainer to the ground. It also needs to be mentioned that the “trainer” was a little girl.
Overeem may shy away from action in Strikeforce, but at least he doesn’t hold back against people who are less than half his size. that is the sign of a true champion.
And hey… at least he took it easier on the little girl than he did on this poor bicycle.
