Former middleweight champ Rich Franklin knocked out the Ice man Chuck Liddell in UFC 115′s main event. Dan Lauzon released from the UFC
Dan “The Upgrade” Lauzon has been released from the UFC after he suffered a second straight loss, according a report from the Boston Herald. Joe Cavallaro, a friend and business partner, confirmed the news. The promoter of World Championship Fighting had Lauzon under a promotional agreement when he fought locally and has helped the East Bridgewater native along the way. “His contract was terminated.
