There used to be nothing as pants-shittingly terrifying as that Muay Thai finger roll. He had to loosen up his fingers so he could comfortably ball them up to shove down your throat. He crushed Rampage Jackson twice, Kasushi Sakuraba three times, and packed enough muscle onto his five foot ten inch frame to get a draw against Mrko Cro Cop. UFC middleweight contender Chael Sonnen will be appealing his year-long suspension in front of the California State Athletic Commission today. Sonnen tested positive for elevated testosterone levels following his fight at UFC 117 with Anderson Silva. You can watch Sonnen’s appeal hearing here and see if the athletic commission reduces his suspension or if he will remain sidelined for a year!

Despite losing to Team GSP’s Michael Johnson in the semi-finals of The Ultimate Fighter season 12, Strikeforce, Sengoku, and King of the Cage veteran Nam Phan has earned himself a spot on the main card of the TUF 12 Finale this Saturday on Spike TV. Top trainer Greg Jackson has undergone a lot of scrutiny lately from fans and UFC president Dana White alike. The criticism usually revolves around the perception that Jackson instructs his fighters to play it safe and fight to win instead of fighting to finish. You can’t blame a guy for playing it safe in order to get the W and keep their job. However, the criticism has struck a nerve with Jackson who has since fired back. Okay… this video is disgusting. If you are eating or have a weak stomach, then do not watch this. What you are about to see is a mixed martial arts fighter fresh off of a victory soaking the mat with his vomit not once, but twice. It really looks like something out of the exorcist. Tonight on Spike TV, the final four contestants on this season of The Ultimate Fighter will face off for a chance to compete in the finale this Saturday and a shot at winning the six-figure UFC contract.
