UFC 129 marked the first time in over 30 rounds that welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre lost a round on the judges scorecard. In fact, GSP lost two rounds on two different judges cards. The photo of the scorecard is courtesy of the Ontario Athletics Commission and MMAWeekly.com.
The two judges who scored rounds four and five for Jake Shields were Nelson Hamilton and Richard Bertrand. Shields was able to get momentum on his side after GSP suffered an eye injury and was unable to see. Doug Crosby was the third judge and he saw all five rounds in favor of GSP.
