Quoteworthy: UFC president Dana White on Wednesday said that Cro Cop asked for and will receive the final agreed-upon fight from his contract at a future date to be determined. UFC 129 marked the first time in over 30 rounds that welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre lost a round on the judges scorecard. In fact, GSP lost two rounds on two different judges cards. The two judges who scored rounds four and five for Jake Shields were Nelson Hamilton and Richard Bertrand. Shields was able to get momentum on his side after GSP suffered an eye injury and was unable to see. Doug Crosby was the third judge and he saw all five rounds in favor of GSP.

Episode 9 of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Lesnar vs. Team Dos Santos will air tonight at 9:00 pm ET. After yesterday’s hearing involving the California State Athletic Commission and Chael Sonnen, the ruling was that the CSAC was going to uphold Sonnen’s indefinite suspension.
