Jessica Eye is no stranger to hard-fought battles inside and outside of the cage.

In an interview with MMAJunkie.com, Eye revealed that her father had surgery shortly after her octagon debut at UFC 166. Doctors had removed a “baseball-sized tumor” from Randy’s brain and the diagnosis was stage IV glioblastoma multiforme, which is a highly aggressive form of malignant brain cancer.

Although doctors were able to remove the tumor, Eye’s father still has quite the recovery ahead of him.

Eye recently began a GoFundMe site to help her father with medical costs. The fundraiser’s goal is to reach $10,000 by Feb. 15, 2014.

If you would like to help out the Eye family, visit the GoFundMe site to make a donation. It is also the holidays and you may be spending your the majority of your money on gifts for family, so if you cannot make a money donation, you could also say a prayer for Eye, her father and the rest of their family.

We here at Cage Pages wish Randy Eye a full recovery. We would also like to wish Jessica Eye and the rest of the Eye family best wishes during these difficult times.
