Days before the highly anticipated rematch between UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and challenger Miesha Tate, at UFC 168, Dec. 28, the “Rowdy” title holder is working on all she can to prepare for the match against her rival.
Fighthub TV has produced several videos of Rousey’s workouts and the one above shows the champion displaying her improved striking and pad work.
During “The Ultimate Fighter: Team Rousey vs. Team Tate” Rousey’s striking was under criticism from Tate. Some fans and critics have also labeled the champion as a “one-trick pony” due to having all of her wins being finishes.
Will Rousey be able to use her striking and score a knockout over Tate, or will she once again for her trademark armbar? I guess we’ll have to wait until UFC 168 to find out.
