Retired UFC fighter Brian Stann entered a new endeavor in 2013: color commentator.

Stann had previously filled in for Joe Rogan at UFC 163 last year. According to reports, he will step into the commentating position once again as he will be replacing Kenny Florian for UFC Fight Night 34 in Singapore, which happens in Saturday. Joining Stann will be Jon Aink

With the exception of a few critics – including Brandon Vera – Stann’s first time as a commentator was met with praise and I am sure fans are excited for the “All-American” to be working in the broadcast booth.

Stann replacing Florian is not the only substitution for this weekend’s event. Longtime announcer Joe Martinez, who has done announcing for WEC, will fill in for Bruce Buffer while Azusa Nishigaki and Jessica Cambensy will be the octagon girls at the event.
