This Saturday, the women’s bantamweight title will be put on the line as two undefeated Olympians square off. The champion Ronda Rousey will square off with Sara McMann in a highly awaited tilt, and both will hope to keep the zeros on their record. Rousey is known for her high level judo, while McMann is a world class wrestler, so this fight could end up being contested on the feet, or alternatively they could attempt to play to their strengths. One thing is for sure, it’s an intriguing one.

In the co main event, Daniel Cormier makes his light heavyweight debut against short notice opponent Patrick Cummins, who will be replacing former champion Rashad Evans on just 10 days notice. Cummins is 4-0 and unproven, while Cormier has fought some of the best at heavyweight, going 13-0 in the process. Elsewhere, Rory MacDonald and Demian Maia battle for welterweight relevance, while TJ Waldburger and Mike Pyle will hope to bounce back from recent losses. Robert Whittaker will fight Stephen Thompson in an intriguing 170lbs tilt between two talented stand-up fighters.

This article will look at the Cage Pages’ staff predictions for the main card, with a brief description of each of the five fights followed by our predicted winner and method of victory. Click “next” to begin.
