Ben Saunders Signs with Titan Fighting Championship

The veteran welterweight Ben Saunders (16-6-2), has signed a multi-fight deal with Titan Fighting Championship. First reported by, Saunders is expected to make his debut soon with the new promotion, expected to be on Titan FC 29 on June 6th.

An excited Ben Saunders tweeted the news:


“Killa B” first made his name well known originally as a contestant on Season 6 of The Ultimate Fighter. He then competed in the UFC, winning his first 3 bouts, eventually going 4-3 before being released after suffering losses in 3 of his next 4 fights.

Saunders then went on to compete in Bellator, amounting a record of 7-3–with 2 losses coming against the current champ, Douglas Lima–and reaching the welterweight tournament finals twice.

31 year old Ben Saunders now joins a stacked welterweight division in Titan FC, with the likes of Matt Riddle, Brock Jardine, Mike Bronzoulis, Daniel Roberts, and Jose Landi-Jons.

Saunders also made his intentions known, as he tweet that he is hoping to get a call from the UFC for a 2nd stint.
