Bellator PPV Price Set at $34.99 / $44.99 HD

Bellator is set to debut their first Pay-Per-View event on Saturday, May 17th in Southaven Mississippi, at the Landers Center. The star-studded Bellator PPV event is headlined by a trilogy lightweight title fight between champion Eddie Alvarez and Michael Chandler. The price of the PPV has been revealed by cable companies such as Time Warner Cable and Direct TV, the price has been set at $34.99 for standard definition, and $44.99 for high-definition.

Comparing this pricing to other PPVs (prices on Comcast):
UFC’s PPV price is current set at $44.99/$54.99
WWE’s PPV price is set at $44.95/$54.99
and the upcoming Showtime Boxing PPV: Mayweather vs Maidana is set at $64.99/$74.99

The full 5-fight main card airing on PPV also features the co-main event between hometown favourite, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson against rival “King Mo” Lawal in the finals of Bellator’s season 10 light heavyweight tournament.

Rounding out the main card are fights featuring MMA legend Tito Ortiz making his Bellator debut against the current middleweight champion, Alexander Shlemenko. Season 9 lightweight tournament winner, and the fighter next in line to challenge the winner of the main event, Will Brooks against Nate Jolly. And kicking off the PPV will be the return of Michael “Venom” Page against Ricky Rainey.

In addition, 9 fights on the undercard, which is scheduled to air on Spike TV and Spike.com complete the 14-fight Bellator 120 card.

Two featured preliminary fights airing on Spike TV prelims are Season 10 tournament finals, the heavyweight tournament final between Blagoi Ivanov and Alexander Volkov. And the lightweight tournament final between Marcin Held and Patricky “Pitbull” Freire.
