With UFC 175 just days away, fighters are getting in their last-minute workouts before their bouts and current UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey is no different.
Different media outlets have released videos of Rousey training. These first videos feature the champion preparing for her bout against Alexis Davis while wowing fans with her judo skills, as well as her ever improving striking.
This next video features Rousey discussing her upcoming bout against Davis with coach Edmond Tarverdyan of the Glendale Fight Club. She delves into what challenges she believes Davis presents and why the Canadian fighter is her “most well-rounded opponent.”
UFC Embedded features footage from Rousey’s camp, as well as current middleweight champion Chris Weidman’s camp as he prepares to defend his crown against former light heavyweight champion Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida.
Together these videos are about 40 minutes long. If you have some time to kill, I suggest watching them.
