Matt Brown responds to fake groin shot allegations: That's Bullsh*t

Matt Brown wants everyone to know that he would never fake a groin shot ‘in his f—ing life’.

In the 3rd round of the UFC on FOX 12 main event, Matt Brown was hit with a kick to the midsection by opponent Robbie Lawler, which Matt Brown reacted by grabbing his cup–signalling that he had be struck below the belt. Referee John McCarthy stepped in to pause the bout, giving Brown time to recover.

At first glance the kick seemed like an illegal shot to the groin. On replay, it was a close call, with Lawler’s foot glancing the cup of Brown.

It didn’t help Brown’s case that the live commentary from Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg claimed that the kick from Lawler was a clean shot, leading to reactions by the fans.

Matt Brown posted a reply on his facebook page to all the people that say he faked the groin shot, saying it’s BS.

First off thanks to #theimmortalarmy for your constant support.
Second off I’ve read some things saying that said I faked the nut shot. I would never do that in my f–king life. That’s bulls–t. Period. End of story.
Third I want to say check out our podcast Legit Man Shit very soon for my personal fight recap.
