The UFC 177 Fight Club Q&A will begin at 5 PM ET / 2 PM PT in Sacramento, California, and will feature two of the UFC’s biggest stars in UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis and the #2 bantamweight Urijah Faber.
Pettis is one of the head coaches on the upcoming season of TUF 20—opposite number one contender Gilbert Melendez. ‘Showtime’ has been sidelined with a knee injury since winning the UFC lightweight title from Benson Henderson at UFC 164 in August of 2013.
Faber, the leader of Team Alpha Male and one of Sacramento’s most popular athletes, is not fighting on this card, nor is he fighting on his previously scheduled UFC Fight Night 52 card in Japan. ‘The California Kid’ was forced to pull out of a fight against Masanori Kanehara. He is however, coming off a first round submission victory over Alex Caceres. Faber is one of UFC bantamweight champion, T.J. Dillashaw’s training partners and will be in his corner as he defends his title on Saturday night.
