Titan FC will be crowning a lightweight champion at Titan FC 31 when Mike Ricci takes on Yoshiyuki Yoshida for the vacant title.

Mike Ricci (10-4) has been victorious in his post-UFC career, winning both his bouts in Titan FC—a TKO over Jorge Gurgel and recently, a decision win over George Sotiropoulos at Titan FC 29. The Ultimate Fighter season 16 finalist had alternated wins and losses throughout his career in his previous eight fights, including 1-2 in the UFC. Ricci looks to build on his momentum in Titan FC and continue to mount a winning streak by capturing the Titan FC lightweight title.

Yoshiyuki Yoshida (17-6) has been on a winning streak since 2011, winning six straight bouts competing for the likes of ONE FC and DEEP in Asia. Among those six wins are wins over veteran Phil Baroni and Olympian Ferrid Kheder. The 40 year old judoka will be making his debut for Titan FC as he fights for the title. Yoshida is also a former UFC veteran, achieving a 2-3 record during his 3-year stint with wins over War Machine and Brandon Wolff.

No date or venue has been announced for Titan FC 31.
