Matt Serra was part of the UFC 111 question-and-answer session yesterday afternoon in Newark, New Jersey, which took place prior to the weigh-ins. Matt Serra is one of the most outspoken fighters in mixed martial arts and in this video interview he discusses Dan Hardy’s chances in his upcoming bout with Georges St. Pierre. Serra knows a thing or two about beating GSP. Serra defeated GSP in 2007 to become the welterweight champion in one of the biggest upsets in MMA history. A bout between two top welterweights Jon Fitch (21-3) and Thiago Alves (16-6) has been added to UFC 111. The long-awaited rematch between Fitch and Alves is the last official bout added to the fight card. Fitch and Alves were initially set to settle the score back at UFC 107 in December, but Alves was forced to withdraw from the bout after suffering a torn posterior cruciate ligament during training.
