Hard to Argue with Dana on ESPN Piece
Sunday ESPN did brought Outside the Lines to the UFC and did a report on fighter pay within the organization. ESPN reported that fighters are only making about 8-10% of all revenue generated by the UFC and won’t complain because of a fear of being released. Dana White calls the story “BS” and has waited to respond to the Outside the Lines story.

UFC president Dana White takes us behind the scenes for his first UFC 124 vlog. UFC 124 is headlined by a welterweight title fight between champion Georges St-Pierre and Josh Koscheck in Montreal, Canada. Suspensions have been released from this past weekend’s WEC 48: Aldo vs. Faber event. Eight fighters have been suspended a length six months for a variety of broken bones and knee injuries. Brandon Fisher and former champion Mike Thomas Brown received 45 days. Fight night bonuses have been awarded for the WEC’s debut on pay-per view. Manny Gamburyan, Benson Henderson, Leonard Garcia and Chan Sung Jung each earned $65,000 which is the largest bonus in the organization’s history. Winners of the bonuses were announced at the event’s post-fight press conference. Gamburyan received the “Knockout of the Night” award, Henderson brought in up the “Submission of the Night” bonus, and Garcia and Jung earned “Fight of the Night” honors.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones constructed a beautiful stadium that cost roughly $1.1 billion.
