Following losses at UFC 109, the Ultimate Fighting Championship has parted ways with UFC Hall of Famer Mark Coleman, TUF runner-up Phillipe Nover and Tim Hague. Welterweight Frank Trigg also confirmed his release today via his Twitter account. Trigg returned to the UFC after going on a 6-1 run outside of the organization, but since his return he has gone 0-2 suffering two knockout losses to Josh Koscheck and Matt Serra. “Twinkle Toes” is unsure of his future plans.
