Josh Koscheck will fight Mike Pierce Saturday at UFC 143 and while he should win the fight where exactly does it put him in the division? Koscheck has fought Georges St. Pierre twice and lost both times, in his only title fight against GSP he was out boxed for five rounds and broke his orbital in the process. Assuming St. Pierre does win back his title will Koscheck ever get another chance at his belt. The odds say no. At UFC 143 Fabricio Werdum will fight Roy Nelson in the co-main event. Werdum is mostly known among casual MMA fans as the man that started Fedor’s down fall, but he should be known for more than just that.

Saturday Carlos Condit and Nick Diaz will fight for the UFC interim welterweight title. This should be an exciting matchup and fight of the night candidate, but can either fighter defeat Rush? Condit has been on a tear as of late, winning four straight with two straight knockout of the night awards. He recently beat Dong Hyun Kim and Dan Hardy both in the first round. Michael Bisping lost by unanimous decision Saturday to Chael Sonnen and it leaves the question about where he can go in the middleweight division.

UFC on Fox 2 turned out to be a big success. Three great fights with personalities like Chael Sonnen, Michael Bisping and Phil Davis. We now have a clearer picture for the main card fighters on who they are facing and the divisions they fight in. Demian Maia vs. Tim Boetsch-Yushin Okami Loser Maia had been on a roll until losing Saturday by split decision.
